Using the teleparallel gravity versions of the Einstein and Landau–Lifshitz’s energy and/or momentum complexes, I obtain the
energy and momentum of the universe in viscous Kasner-type cosmological models. The energy and momentum components (due to
matter plus field) are found to be zero and this agree with a previous work of Rosen and Johri et al., who investigated the
problem of the energy in Friedmann–Robertson–Walker (FRW) universe. The result that the total energy and momentum components
of the universe in these models is zero same as Bergmann–Thomson’s energy–momentum and props the viewpoint of Tryon. Rosen
found that the energy of the FRW space–time is zero, which agrees with the studies of Tryon.

Abstract The hydrological cycle in arid and semi-arid climates is highly controlled by evaporation. The correct quantification of this process is essential for improving the accuracy of water balance estimates, especially in closed basins. The objective of this paper is to characterize evaporation rates from shallow groundwater using the chamber approach in six closed basins in the Altiplano of northern Chile. Measurements were made at 49 locations with water-table depths ranging from 0.09 m to 3.3 m. Estimated daily evaporation rates appeared to be strongly related to groundwater depth and soil texture. In particular, the highest rates were recorded in areas with high groundwater tables and coarse-grained soils. Evaporation curves were derived by fitting exponential and power relationships as functions of the groundwater depths that we proposed to use in the study area. An application of these curves for the Salar de Pedernales basin produced an estimated evaporation flow of 530 L s-1, using the average curve. Citation Johnson, E., Yáñez, J., Ortiz, C. & Muñoz, J. 样品用HNO3-HF高压密闭消解,电感耦合等离子体质谱测定海洋沉积物中15种稀土元素。研究了消解方法、酸体系和质谱干扰对稀土元素测定的影响。结果表明,相比于电热板消解和微波消解,高压密闭消解具有酸用量少、消解完全、消解过程损失少等优点;HNO3-HF体系能有效地分解海洋沉积物样品;利用干扰离子校正方程,能有效地校正Ba和轻稀土元素所形成的多原子离子干扰。15种稀土元素的方法检出限为3~15 ng/g。使用水系沉积物标准物质GBW 07309和GBW 07311、海底沉积物标准物质GBW 07313进行验证,测定值与标准值基本吻合,相对标准偏差和相对误差均低于5%。方法用于长江口沉积物样品的测定,精密度(RSD,n=6)小于5%,加标回收率为95.8%~104%。该方法检出限低,精密度和准确度高,适用于大批海洋沉积物样品的分析。 相似文献

Abstract Open‐pipe piles are widely used for offshore structures. During the initial stage of installation, soil enters the pile at a rate equal to the pile penetration. As penetration continues, the inner soil cylinder may develop sufficient frictional resistance to prevent further soil intrusion, causing the pile to become plugged. The open‐ended pile then assumes the penetration characteristics of a closed‐ended pile. The mode of pile penetration significantly alters the soil‐pile interaction during and after installation. This affects the ultimate static bearing capacity (mainly in granular materials), the time‐dependent pile capacity (in clays), and the dynamic behavior and analysis of the piles. Following a summary demonstrating the effects of pile plugging, a review of the common view of offshore pile plugging is undertaken. The interpretation of plugging by referring to the average plug length has led to the erroneous conclusion that in most piles significant plugging action does not occur. Establishment of an analogy between soil samplers and open‐ended piles enabled correct identification of plugging by referring to the incremental changes in plug length. Examination of case histories of plugging of offshore piles revealed that beyond a certain penetration depth‐to‐diameter ratio, most piles are plugged. 相似文献
